Our instructors have handled some of the largest deals ever done on Wall Street for major investment banks. They understand the context in which valuation is core to M&A, and how capital markets and negotiation skills are critical. In fact, our instructors' investment banking deal experience totals several billion US dollars. Nobody is better suited to teach these skills than our faculty.

Swiss Finance students learn that M&A involves establishing a value for the target, and sometimes also the acquirer if the target shareholders would be paid in stock or derivatives, for example. The valuation is performed using a wide variety of methodologies ranging from comparables based analysis, to SOTP (Sum-of-the-Parts) analysis.

Swiss Finance instructor(s) have handled the following landmark transactions in investment banking. This is only a partial list - just a sample of our team's vast experience while employed at major investment banks - experience which spans many countries, financial products and client industries.
